I ordered a few parts from paddockspares.com and the invoice was actually really straightforward. The part numbers, prices, and delivery cost were all laid out clearly, so I wasn’t left wondering what I’d been charged for. Some places seem to make invoices harder to follow than they need to be, but this one made keeping my records simple. No issues from me.

Checkout itself was smooth, but the confirmation took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, just felt like an avoidable delay after everything else went fine.

Threads and seals were right, so I didn’t have to waste time trying to make anything fit, which is always a relief with older Land Rover stuff.

Luckily the parts inside were fine, otherwise I’d have been annoyed. I’d probably use them again for Land Rover bits, but I’d hope they pack things a bit better next time.

Even the box felt sturdy, not flimsy like some places use. i was happy with how carefully they packed it, and I’d order from them again...

My first impression wasn’t great because the price felt high for what I was getting. I was kind of annoyed right away and expected to be disappointed. That said, the parts themselves ended up being fine and did the job, so I can’t really complain about the quality.

I did get clear updates on my order the whole time, so that was good. I kept worrying about where it was, though, and kept checking because I hate not knowing where my stuff is. The updates helped, but yeah, I still found myself checking over and over. Overall, thanks for keeping me posted
